Diamond platnumz responds to eric omondi



There is no love lost between Tanzanian musical giant Diamond Platnumz and Kenya’s faThis shared bond was first visible when Diamond Platnumz, riding high with his latest hit song ‘Kanyaga’ that has clocked over two million views in just 24 hours, heaped praise on Omondi for his parody on the same.
In a message on Instagram, Diamond stated that through his craft, Omondi was fostering peace and cohesion between their two nations.
He added that the comedian enjoys a sizeable following in Bongo.
“Much respect to my brother Eric Omondi ...Wewe ni miongoni mwa wana comedy mnaonifanya nijivunie kuwa mwana Africa mashariki... Asante kwa kuendelea kudumisha mshikamano , upendo na amani yetu wanaAfrica mashariki.....wewe ni mfano bora na Tanzania tunakupenda sana,” wrote Diamond Platnumz.
This was later followed up by a viral video of Omondi taunting Taifa Stars fans by pulling a fast one on the WCB boss by ‘kidnapping’ the singer's girlfriend Tanasha Donna.st-rising comedian Eric Omondi.
The two creative geniuses, known to be friends, were at each other’s neck ahead of Harambee Stars clash with Taifa Stars on Thursday, June 28, as they propped each other up in the quest for glory in show business.
